What is a training like and why should our store send someone? 

Coming to a training is a huge step towards changing how your store handles R&M. Trainings provide participants with time and space to critically access their store's R&M culture and points of tension, allowing them to come up with a plan on how to address issues and make changes when they return. Participants receive training on how to perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance and basic repairs for some of the most used equipment. There are even opportunities for hands on practice, ensuring our participants return with the confidence needed to perform necessary R&M and PM tasks.

In person trainings are one of our favorite parts of GCRM, because we get to connect with people just like you who are ready to make a difference and change the way their store handles R&M. In fact, if you come to a training, you'll get to connect with other likeminded people, too! We can't wait to meet you and provide you with the training and confidence you need to help your facilities work for you, not against you.


Interested in hosting a training?

We wouldn't be able to train team members around the country without operators graciously welcoming us into their store, allowing us the space and equipment needed to provide our trainings. Benefits of hosting a training include one free participant and basic preventative maintenance on featured equipment, as well as saving money on travel and lodging. Do I need a membership to come to a training?

There's no need to have a membership to our website in order to come to a training. The benefits of having a membership if you plan to attend a training are the $100 off of training cost (per person), occasional early access to training signups, and the tools to implement and remember what you learn. And while you'll hear us reference the website quite a bit at our trainings, there is no pressure from us for you to purchase a membership. Honestly, we just think the two go hand in hand and that a multifaceted approach is the most effective way to revolutionize your store's R&M and save time and money.
